What Size are the certificates?

All of our certificates are a full 81/2 x 11 Inches. Also known as certificate size.

What is the return/exchange program?

Every item is guaranteed! If there is a mistake, ours or yours, we will send you a
new certificate, free of charge! Bent, damaged or destroyed items will be replaced
with a duplicate item! Refunds are processed the same day the item is received by Creativethoughts.net
