To create a Name Certificate first pick your background!  Choose a theme, and decide which background you would like.   

When you decide on your background, click on the background to enlarge it, and it will have the ordering information right on the bottom of that page!

Fill in the information correctly, If you are ordering a certificate and wish to print two different people's names on one certificate place the second person's name in the Name2 spot.  If you would like to use a first and middle name, you can do that by putting both names in the Name1 spot.
